Second suspect arrested in connection to San Juan murder

Cuffed and shackled, Joel Adalberto Gonzalez faced felony charges of tampering with evidence Saturday. San Juan Police said Gonzalez helped capital murder suspect, Roel Lopez hide a weapon used in the murder of Efren Escamilla.
