Texas lawmakers consider bill to increase speed limits

A bill has been introduced that could raise the speed limit in the Lone Star State to 75 miles per hour on major roadways, and it's got a lot of people talking.
Do you support House Bill 1353, which would increase the speed limit on many Texas highways to 75 mph or higher?
