The youth of the Rio Grande Valley are doing their part to help those affected by Superstorm Sandy along the east coast. Diana Trevino and Layla Trevino all stopped by Action 4 Sunrise to explain more about the Penny Power Challenge and how the American Red Cross comes into play.
