Action 4 News has posted unedited video of Willacy County District Attorney Juan Guerra speaking with reports about the court proceedings against Dick Cheney and others.
A Willacy County grand jury recently indicted the Vice President and several other public officials for the deaths and abuse of prisoners at a local federal prison.
Guerra led the charges and is fighting to keep them from being dismissed.
