A Harlingen woman issued a call for action after she shipped several rings that were lost.
Winter Texan Pat Brooks said she shipped several rings worth $7,500 from her home in Missouri to a McAllen jewelry store.
The box made it to the Rio Grande Valley but the rings were not inside.
Brooks bought insurance on the package and filed a claim but she's been waiting for six weeks for somebody to find or return or take responsibility for the lost rings.
