MIAMI (AP) -- A hurricane warning is in effect for parts of the Texas and Mexico coasts as Tropical Storm Dolly churns in the Gulf of Mexico.
The National Hurricane Center say the warning in Texas extends from Brownsville to Port O'Connor.
Dolly is expected to move inland as a category one.
