Beginning in March, Aeromar will be offering nonstop flights from McAllen-Miller International Airport to Mexico City.

Flights start March 15 and will include one round trip every day of the week except Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The new route was approved by the U.S. Deparment of Transportation in December.

Passengers will be able to check in their first bag for free and will be offered full on board services at no extra charge.

According to Aeromar’s website, ticket prices will begin at $190. Round trip airfare will cost $394.

The only other nonstop flight service from the Rio Grande Valley to Mexico is AeroMexico from Brownsville to Monterrey.
