Televangelist Cash Luna is expected to draw thousands of people from both sides of the border at his weekend appearance in the Rio Grande Valley.

Luna and his wife Sonia are expected to appear at the "Noches de Gloria" or "Nights of Glory" at the State Farm Arena on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

The Guatemalan-born preacher is holding a "Supera Tus Limites" or "Exceed Your Limits" conference on Saturday morning.

Luna has built a following through programs on the Trinity Broadcasting Network.

The Spanish-speaking televangelist now has more than 1.4 million fans on his ministry's Facebook page.

Known for "Supera Tus Limites" or "Exceed Your Limits" message, Luna started his ministry at the Casa De Dios Church in Guatemala.

The church now has some 25,000 members sending Luna throughout the Spanish-speaking world and the United States.

Part of his ministry includes delivering inspirational sermons where those in audience have claimed healing from cancer and other illnesses.

Some 500 buses from churches across Mexico are expected to arrive for the event where they'll join with Christians from the Valley and Texas.

Organizers are expecting some 20,000 people to descend on Hidalgo throughout the three-day event.

The three-day "Noches de Gloria" event is FREE but there is a $20 general admission charge or $40 VIP charge for the "Supera Tus Limites" or "Exceed Your Limits" event on Saturday morning.
