Man charged with raping 10-year-old girl

Bond is set at $250,000 dollars for a man accused of raping a 10-year-old family member.

Police reports reveal the 10-year-old made an outcry to workers at Texas Tropical Center that relative had sexually assaulted Pablo Perez III.

The police report did not reveal when the incident occurred.

The 32-year old San Benito man was picked up by Harlingen Police and the U.S. Marshal's at the 800 block of North 13th Street in Harlingen.

Authorities learned he had additional municipal warrants on Perez.

He was charge with $3,398.30 of warrants and sexual assault.
