Woman falls off float during Charro Days parade

A parade in Brownsville suddenly came to a halt after a woman fell off a float on Saturday.

Eyewitnesses told Action 4 News a woman was standing on the back of a float.

It happened at around 3 p.m. at Elizebeth and Palm Street.

She reportedly fell off the back of a float float reportedly belonged to a daycare organization.

EMS quickly responded stopping the parade for at least several minutes.

The woman's condition is unknown.

Action 4 News will provide more information when new details become available.
