Missing persons report filed for Winter Texan couple

Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a Winter Texan couple whose family last heard from them back on December 15th.

Weslaco police told Action 4 News that a missing persons reported has been filed for 61-year-old Bruce Stewart and 65-year-old Linda Stewart.

The couple is from Ontario, Canada but regularly stayed at the Snow to Sun RV Park in Weslaco.

Relatives told police that they last spoke with Bruce and Linda back on December 15th.

The couple was supposed to move from the RV park back on December 29th.

The couple may have moved to Yuma, Arizona but they have not contacted family members prompting concern.

Bruce Stewart is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds.

Linda Stewart is described as a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds.

The couple was last seen traveling with their small dog in a 2006 gray GMC  3500 four-door pickup truck with Ontario license plates 9906TH.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to contact the Weslaco Police Department at (956) 968-8591.
