American Country Music Awards Contest Rules & Disclaimers

• No purchase necessary
• One winner per household
• Must be 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen or legal resident to claim prize
• Registration starts on Tuesday, March 19th and ends at noon on Friday, March 29th
• Prize is one trip for two people to see the 48th Annual American Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7th
• Winners will be announced during our 10 pm newscasts on Friday, March 29th
• All prize winners are responsible for all related collections, insurance, taxes, costs, etc. as a result of prize acceptance
• KGBT-TV is not responsible for any damages, injuries or warranties as a result of any prize acceptance
• Names and/or likenesses of all entrants and/or prize winners may be used in any future promotional announcements on KGBT-TV
• Unclaimed prizes three days after contest expiration are subject to forfeiture
• Illegible entries or those entries without required information may be disqualified
• KGBT-TV is not responsible for lost/misdirected mail and/or internet connections or other internet-related problems
• Rules may change without notice
• Prizes may be changed &/or substituted without notice
• Contest may be cancelled without notice
• Prize includes:
  - Two (2) round-trip coach class air transportation to Las Vegas from anywhere in the contiguous 48 contiguous U.S.
  - Two (2) nights world class hotel accommodations
  - Two (2) tickets to the awards show
