Eli Young Band Rules & Disclaimers

• No purchase necessary
• One winner per household
• One entry per person
• Duplicate entries will be eliminated
• Must be 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen or legal resident to claim prize
• Registration starts on Tuesday, January 22nd and ends on Friday, January 25th
• Prize is one of 5 pairs of tickets to see the Eli Young Band at the Pharr Events Center on Saturday, February 2nd
• Winners will be announced during our 5, 6 and 10 pm newscasts on Friday, January 25th
• All prize winners are responsible for all related collections, insurance, taxes, costs, etc. as a result of prize acceptance
• KGBT-TV is not responsible for any damages, injuries or warranties as a result of any prize acceptance
• Names and/or likenesses of all entrants and/or prize winners may be used in any future promotional announcements on KGBT-TV
• Unclaimed prizes three days after contest expiration are subject to forfeiture
• Illegible entries or those entries without required information may be disqualified
• KGBT-TV is not responsible for lost/misdirected mail and/or internet connections or other internet-related problems
• Rules may change without notice
• Prizes may be changed &/or substituted without notice
• Contest may be cancelled without notice
