Authorities are investigating an accident where a motorcycle burst into flames along Expressway 83 in Harlignen.

The fire happened on the westbound frontage road of Expressway 83 just west of Stuart Place Road after 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

No injuries were reported but the flames consumed the entire motorcycle.

The fire was caught on camera.

Investigators had the melted motorcycle towed away while they try to determine what happened.
