Action 4 News launches the 'Let It Ring' challenge

Numerous auto accidents are caused by drivers sending text messages or talking on their cell phones.

Action 4 News has partnered with Safeguard Insurance and the Reyna Law Firm to bring the "Let It Ring" campaign to the Rio Grande Valley.

Viewers are asked to take one of three pledges:

    Those who take the pledge will automatically be registered they can win a gift certificate to a local restaurant or spa.

    Winners will be selected once every Wednesday during Action 4 News at 10 p.m. from now through March 31st, 2011.
