Officials said Graham Central Station was a source of problems.

After several years of business, Pharr's Graham Central Station has lost its lease.

Pharr City Attorney Michael Pruneda said the popular night club was in violation of its lease after failing to obtain several necessary permits.

Pruneda said the nightspot was a source of DWIs, gang activities and other social ills.
