Family of 5 yr old sexually abused by teen calls punishment an injustice

The teenage boy who lured a 5-year-old girl away from a barbeque and onto an abandoned lot in Harlingen where he touched her genitals for his own sexual gratification last September will be headed to a juvenile sex offender treatment facility near Austin for 6 months.
