Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
3 Tablespoons oil (olive, canola, etc.)
1 Tablespoon vinegar (herbed, balsamic, cider)
1 teaspoon sugar (or 1 packet Splenda)
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients well before drizzling over the salad mix of your choice.
