Pasta Curry (serves 4)
½ cup cooking oil
1 Tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 packet (1 teaspoon) sugar or Splenda
1 pound cooked cubed chicken, beef, or pork
1 cup frozen peas, cooked
1 egg, scrambled/cooked and chopped up
1 pound box cooked angel hair spaghetti
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix oil with curry powder, onion, powder, sugar/Splenda. Heat on medium for at least 10 minutes until blended well.
