Cornflake Pudding
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups milk
½ cup molasses
½ cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
Dash of salt
½ tsp. ginger
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Put corn flakes into a buttered baking dish. Mix remaining ingredient and pour over corn flakes.
Bake at 350 degrees F till mixture sets to pudding consistency. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Also good chilled.
