Ground Meat Casserole
1 ½ lbs veal
1 ½ lbs lean pork or boneless turkey
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 package of small noodles
¼ cup grated cheese (any kind)
1 can corn niblets
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. celery salt
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. black pepper
Cut meats into small chunks and boil for 35 minutes. Add spices and boil for another 10 minutes.
Add noodles and soup and cook for about 15 – 20 minutes. Add cheese, mix lightly and put into a buttered casserole; cover with corn and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
