Dog Biscuits

Makes 15-20 dozen

3 1/2 cups flour

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup rye flour

2 cups cream of wheat or cracked wheat

3 tsp. salt

1 pack active dry yeast

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup whole milk

2 eggs

Miss all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Knead by hand as dough will be very stiff.  On a floured board, roll until 3/4 to 1 inch thick. 

Using sharp knife, cut into 1 inch squares.  Put on greased baking sheet closely and bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.

Turn off the oven and leave baking sheets (about 3) in the oven for about 8 hours (or overnight). Store in airtight containers.
