Prosciutto Linguine

Serves 3-4

1 pound linguine pasta

1/2 pound prosciutto, torn into bite-size pieces

3/4 pound frozen peas, cooked until done

3 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

Cook linguine in boiling water until done.  Drain off water and toss in the prosciutto, peas, butter and cream. 

Heat and toss until hot, just before serving. Do not overheat or cream will curdle.
