Nancy's Pea Salad
Serves 3-5
15 ounce can of peas
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. each of salt & pepper
1 tsp. sugar/Splenda
Dash of onion powder
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)
Mix together Miracle Whip, salt & pepper, sugar/Splenda, onion powder, onion (if desired), and pickle relish.
Fold in eggs and peas. If mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk.
