Pasta with Blue Cheese/Butter Sauce
Use 4 parts butter/blend to 1 part blue cheese and melt together in a sauce pan on low heat, stirring until well mixed.
Pour over any cooked pasta.
Cover with grated parmesan cheese if desired, just before serving.
