Right Now Chicken Chunks
Good finger food; fast & easy
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 2” chunks
Eggs, beaten with a small splash of milk
Finely crushed potato chips (any flavor, BBQ is especially good)
Cover cookie sheet with non stick foil. (Non-stick side up) that has been sprayed with butter-flavored baking spray.
Mix eggs & milk. Dip chunks of chicken into egg/milk mix, roll completely in the crushed chips.
Bake at 400*F till juices run clear. About 20 minutes.
Can be served alone or with any of your favorite dips. (BBQ, Ranch…..etc.)
