Baked Stuffed Cucumber

  • 4 cucumbers, halved the long way, seeds scooped out
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup dry grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbls dry dill weed
  • 3 tbls butter or oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and spoon into cucumber halves.  Bake until tender, about 30-40 minutes at 340 degrees.  Serve warm.
