Latest local news, weather, high school sports in the Rio Grande Valley

 

 

Tuna Macaroni Casserole

6 ounce can tuna, drained

1 pound cooked macaroni

2 tbsp. butter or oil

1 tsp. seasoned salt

1 cup frozen peas

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

Salt & pepper to taste

While macaroni is boiling, mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium until slowly bowling. 

Stir occasionally and simmer on low for about 15-20 minutes. 

After draining cooked macaroni, gently stir in the soup mixture and serve warm.
