Stuffed Cherry Tomato
25-35 good-sized cherry tomatoes
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (Canola mayo is creamy and healthy)
1/4 tsp each of seasoned salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley flakes, dried dill weed
Wash and cut tomatoes in half, drain open side down after scooping out seeds (a very small baby spoon works well). Mix all other ingredients well and stuff tomato halves with the cheese mixture.
Garnish tops with olive slices, bacon bits, thin slices of green onion, baby shrimp, etc if desired. Serve chilled.
