Country Style Ham Slices
1/ 2 inch to 1 inch slices of low fat ham
1/ 4 cup water
1 Tbsp. oil; vegetable or canola
1 tsp. sugar/1 packet Splenda
Put water, oil and sugar in a frying pan and bring to boil. Lower heat to a slow simmer and cook until water is evaporated, turning slices so they can brown slightly.
Serve warm.
