She was born in Midland, Texas, and raised in Dallas.
Veronica attended the University of North Texas.
She interned for both NBC 5 Telemundo in Dallas and MTV Tr3s in Carrollton.
After graduating, she reported for Univision in Midland, and then joined the Action 4 News team in the Rio Grande Valley.
She's a proud Latina sometimes she considers herself a ‘superlatina’.
Veronica believes that if you really want something you have to go get it and work hard for it.
Veronica is very proud of her family and loves spending time with them.
When Veronica is not at work, you can find her across the Valley checking out the delicious new flavors that the restaurants in the Rio Grande Valley have to offer.
